Delivery & Returns
Postage: ROYAL MAIL OR COURIER, We are constantly reviewing our postage providers and this can change on a daily basis.
Please Note: UK FREE Postage is for Mainland UK Only. OFF UK Mainland, Highland Postcodes & European Union Addresses will be chargeable due to higher costs for delivery.
Dispatch Times: We aim to dispatch orders received by 1.00pm that day (Mon-Fri Only and excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery normally takes 1-2 days but please allow up to 3 days for delivery in case of postal delays.
Return Policy: All customers that wish to return any item must respond to the seller within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be eligible for refund or exchange only if the following conditions are met:
1. The product is damaged or the wrong product is sent
2. All Returns must be received in the original factory condition they were sent
3. The buyer pays return shipping expenses if condition 1 or 2 are not met

What is our refund and replacement policy?
Please Note: Family Motoring & Leisure do not refund you on returning the item to us unless the item is damaged or the incorrect item is sent. It is recommended that all returns are sent back to us, using tracked and insured delivery. Family Motoring & Leisure are not responsible for returns that end up lost. No refunds are given if the products are received outside the 30 day returns period. If you order 2 or more items for comparison reasons we reserve the right to deduct our postage costs if you return the items back for a refund. In the event of receiving faulty goods, you must return the item within 7 days of invoice date. We have the right to refuse a refund if the items or other products returned are in an unacceptable condition.
